We make every effort to ship all available orders within one to two business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Our shipping options include USPS Priority Mail and UPS® Ground. The delivery time depends on your distance from our headquarters in the Bay Area, CA. For our customers living in the Bay Area, we will deliver your package personally within 5 days for free. For customers outside the San Francisco Bay Area (California, USA) you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public/bank holidays). For international orders please, expect a delivery time of 14-21 days. Please not these are all estimates and shipments may take longer to fulfill, with estimates ranging from 4-6 weeks based on market demands. Regarding order tracking, once your package has left our warehouse and is in transit, you will receive an email update containing comprehensive tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your order by visiting the relevant courier's website. 

Our refund policy applies to all merchandise, provided that you request a return within 45 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the returned items are shipped back to us within 14 business days from the date of the return request. Failure to return the items within the specified timeframe will result in the issuance of a credit note instead of a refund. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, as we are unable to recover the expenses incurred for shipping.

Refunds will only be processed for the subtotal of the purchase if the item is still in new, as-sold, and resaleable condition. The item must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts. All returned items undergo a thorough inspection, and higher-value orders may be subject to a processing, handling, and repackaging fee of 15%. If an item is determined to be in a non-new or non-original condition, such as being dirty or having been used, a restocking fee of 50% may be applied to the refund amount.

We take pride in the quality of our products, as they are designed to withstand the test of time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper use or mishandling of the products.

If you decide to return any products to us, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a recorded or tracked delivery service to ensure the safe transportation of the items. In the event that returned products are lost or damaged while in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for the associated loss or damage or may choose not to process a refund in such cases.

Regarding damaged or incorrectly supplied products, we kindly request that you carefully inspect all items upon receipt to verify their condition matches your order. It's important to note that due to the shipping process and the high volume of packages handled by couriers worldwide, packages can sometimes sustain damage during transit. While we make every effort to ensure our couriers handle packages with care, we cannot guarantee that the packaging will remain unaffected. If the item itself is damaged or if an incorrect product was supplied upon delivery, please make a note of the details of the damage or error and inform us within 30 days. We may request evidence of the damage or error in supply to proceed with offering you a replacement product or a refund. Promptly return the products to us after notifying us of the damage or incorrect supply. If eligible, we may provide a replacement product, and any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges sent back to our facility. Kindly email us photos along with your contact information at admin@juegosports.com before proceeding with the return or exchange process.
