Warranty Coverage:

  1. The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

  2. It covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality of the soccer rebounder.

  3. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims:

  1. In the event of a defect or malfunction covered by the warranty, please contact our Customer Service within the warranty period.

  2. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to initiate a warranty claim.

  3. Our Customer Service team will assess the issue and may require additional information or documentation to process the claim.

Warranty Resolution:

  1. If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the soccer rebounder, at our discretion, free of charge.

  2. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the soccer rebounder.

  3. Any repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Limitations:

  1. The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper assembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

  2. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or discoloration that does not affect the functionality of the soccer rebounder are not covered.

  3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
