These terms and conditions govern the purchase, use, and warranty of the soccer rebounder provided by MatchFit ("Company," "we," or "us"). By purchasing and using the Product, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Product Use and Safety: 1.1. The Product is designed for soccer training purposes only. It should be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in a safe manner. 1.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Product is assembled, installed, and used correctly and in compliance with any accompanying instructions or guidelines. 1.3. The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse, improper assembly, or negligent use of the Product.
   

2. Purchase and Payment: 2.1. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with the Company. 2.2. The Product's price, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. 2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods provided by the Company.
   

3. Shipping and Delivery: 3.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Product is shipped within the specified timeframe mentioned during the ordering process. 3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. 3.3. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
   

4. Warranty: 4.1. The Product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period, as indicated at the time of purchase. 4.2. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 4.3. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. 4.4. Returned Products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. 5.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling fees unless otherwise specified.
